A company built around corn
Zeji is a corn processing company based in Lindian County, Daqing, Heilongjiang. Since 2018, we have brought together growing, processing and product development to make more of every kernel.

From our own development to everyday menus

We develop and produce peeled corn kernels in-house. We hold a Chinese invention patent for a method and apparatus for peeling fresh corn kernels, and continually improve our processes and product quality.
Our peeled corn kernels are used in restaurants in most cities across China. Their smooth texture and range of varieties make them suited to dishes from rice and porridge to soups, desserts and snacks.
We now aim to introduce our products to South Korea. We look forward to working with Korean partners on products and menu ideas that suit local tastes and foodservice needs. We are confident in our products' quality and versatility and want to build lasting partnerships that benefit both sides.
Our growing region: Lindian, Heilongjiang
Our corn is grown near Heminghu Wetland in the heart of the Songnen Plain in northeastern China. The region has black soil, a cool climate, abundant sunshine and a large day-night temperature range.

We are exploring more uses for corn in restaurant dishes, baked goods, drinks and snacks. We work with business customers on product and menu development, while building closer links between cultivation, processing, R&D and our branded range.
